摘 要
本文选取企业并购对员工职业发展的影响作为研究课题,主要从理论和实践两个方面进行了深入的探讨。首先,从企业并购和员工职业发展的理论基础出发,系统地分析了企业并购对员工职业发展的影响因素,并详细阐述了正面和负面影响。接下来,从策略角度出发,提出了企业并购前后的员工职业发展策略,以及其他影响策略。同时,通过国内外的企业并购案例分析,进一步展示了企业并购对员工职业发展的实际影响,并为企业并购后员工发展提供了有效的对策和建议。最后,结论部分总结了本文的研究发现,同时对未来研究方向作出了展望。本文对企业管理者和员工的职业规划具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract
In this paper, the influence of merger and acquisition on employee career development is selected as the research topic, mainly from the theory and practice of two aspects of in-depth discussion. Firstly, from the theoretical basis of mergers and acquisitions and employee career development, this paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors of mergers and acquisitions on employee career development, and expounds the positive and negative influences in detail. Next, from the perspective of strategy, it puts forward the career development strategy of employees before and after the merger and acquisition, as well as other influence strategies. At the same time, through the domestic and foreign M&A case analysis, further shows the actual impact of M&A on employee career development, and provides effective countermeasures and suggestions for employee development after M&A. Finally, the conclusion part summarizes the research findings of this paper, and makes prospects for future research directions. This paper has a certain guiding effect on the career planning of enterprise managers and employees.
