幼儿教育中男性教师的发展研究
摘    要

幼儿教育中男性教师的作用备受关注,然而,一些困境仍制约着男性教师的发展,并阻碍了他们在幼儿教育中发挥更大的作用。男性教师对幼儿教育的介入具有积极的意义,有助于促进幼儿的独立性、性格发展和多功能人才队伍的建设。但事实上,现实困境阻碍了男性教师在幼儿教育中的发展。这些困境包括管理标准不够科学、从业成就动机不够强烈、自我认知不足、职业定位摇摆不定、传统观念束缚以及社会认同度低等。为了解决这些困境,需要完善管理机制,树立正确的从业成就动机,明确职业定位,提升自我认知能力水平,重视舆论导向,提高社会群体对男性教师在幼儿教育中的认可度。这些措施将有助于解决男性教师面临的现实困境,促进他们更好地发挥在幼儿教育中的作用。

Abstract

The role of male teachers in early childhood education has received much attention. However, some difficulties still constrain the development of male teachers and hinder them from playing a greater role in early childhood education. The intervention of male teachers in early childhood education has a positive significance, which helps to promote the independence, personality development, and the construction of a multi-functional talent team of young children. But in fact, the practical difficulties have hindered the development of male teachers in early childhood education. These dilemmas include unscientific management standards, insufficient motivation for career achievement, insufficient self-awareness, uncertain career positioning, constraints of traditional concepts, and low social identity. In order to solve these difficulties, it is necessary to improve the management mechanism, establish correct career achievement motivation, clarify career positioning, enhance self-awareness level, attach importance to public opinion guidance, and increase the recognition of male teachers in early childhood education by the social group. These measures will help solve the practical difficulties faced by male teachers and promote their better role in early childhood education.
