基于装配式建筑项目风险管理与控制研究
摘 要
近几年来,随着国家全面深化改革战略的实施和新型城镇化建设进程的加快,当前,我国建筑业面临着新的发展需求,建筑业的转型升级必将导致建筑业的生产方式发生巨大变化。过去,在我国,传统的建筑业生产方式主要是以手工操作为主要内容,这就造成了在施工现场制作较多,湿作业较多,材料浪费较多,高空作业多,同时还存在扬尘、噪声等环境污染严重的问题,这些问题始终限制着建筑业的迅速发展。在中国经济社会快速发展的背景下,可持续发展思想在中国日益普及,并在一定程度上影响着中国的能源和环保事业。为了适应时代的发展,装配式建筑越来越受到重视,它相对于传统的现浇结构,在施工过程中对环境造成了很大的影响。在工程建设过程中,对工程建设中出现的各种安全问题进行了有效的控制,并对工程建设中的安全管理提出了不同的要求。在此基础上,结合我国实际情况,提出了一套适合我国国情的装配式房屋建设方案。

Research on Risk Management and Control of prefabricated construction projects
Abstract
In recent years, along with the implementation of the national comprehensively deepening reform strategy and speeding up the process of new urbanization construction, our construction industry is facing the new development demand, the transformation and upgrading of construction industry will lead to the great changes in the production mode of construction industry. In the past, in our country, the traditional construction industry production mode is mainly manual operation as the main content, which caused in the construction site production more, more wet operations, more material waste, more high altitude work, but also the existence of dust, noise and other serious environmental pollution problems, these problems are always limiting the rapid development of the construction industry. In the context of China's rapid economic and social development, the idea of sustainable development has become increasingly popular in China, and has influenced China's energy and environmental protection undertakings to a certain extent. In order to adapt to the development of The Times, more and more attention has been paid to the prefabricated architecture, which has a great impact on the environment in the construction process compared with the traditional cast-in-place structure. In the process of project construction, various safety problems in the project construction are effectively controlled, and different requirements are put forward for the safety management in the project construction. On that basis, according to actual situation of our country, an assembly type building project that suits the situation of our country is put forward.
