摘要：本文以机电工程项目管理中的成本控制策略与实践为主题，结合机电工程项目的特点和成本控制的基本理论，分析了机电工程项目成本控制现状及存在的问题。从成本控制策略提出、成本控制策略实施和成本控制效果评估三个层面，提出了优化对策。建议加强成本控制意识，完善成本控制体系，引进新技术、新方法等，同时根据实际情况提出具体的解决方案。通过实际案例分析，进一步验证了成本控制策略的效果。本文旨在为机电工程项目的成本控制提供参考和帮助。

Cost control strategy and practice in mechanical and electrical engineering project management
Abstract： This paper takes the cost control strategy and practice in the management of mechanical and electrical engineering project as the theme, combines the characteristics of mechanical and electrical engineering project and the basic theory of cost control, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of mechanical and electrical engineering project cost control. From three aspects of cost control strategy proposal, cost control strategy implementation and cost control effect evaluation, the optimization countermeasures are put forward. It is suggested to strengthen the consciousness of cost control, improve the cost control system, introduce new technology and new methods, and put forward specific solutions according to the actual situation. The effect of cost control strategy is further verified by case analysis. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference and help for the cost control of mechanical and electrical engineering projects.
