摘 要
针对目前我国水利水电工程质量控制中存在的质量控制不连贯、影响因素考虑不全面、质量控制活动粗放等一系列问题,提出要建立连贯的质量控制环,全面控制质量影响因素,全面控制质量影响因素,完善施工质量控制体系。本文通过对某项目中的装配式桥墩的安装实例进行了分析与研究,归纳出了一些常见的施工工艺及管理控制方法,为以后的施工工作提供借鉴。最后,本文对如何加强工程施工中的关键因素进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策和措施。

Abstract
In view of a series of problems existing in the quality control of water conservancy and hydropower projects in China, such as inconsistent quality control, incomplete consideration of influencing factors, extensive quality control activities, etc., it is proposed to establish a coherent quality control loop, comprehensively control quality influencing factors, comprehensively control quality influencing factors, and improve the construction quality control system. Based on the analysis and research of the installation example of prefabricated pier in a project, this paper summarizes some common construction technology and management control methods, which can provide reference for future construction work. Finally, this paper analyzes how to strengthen the key factors in project construction, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and measures.
