农机跨区作业中的协调与管理问题及对策研究
摘 要
随着中国农业现代化进程的加快，农机跨区作业已成为提高农业生产效率的重要手段。然而，跨区作业过程中涉及的协调与管理问题日益凸显，如信息不对称、资源配置不合理、作业效率低下等，严重制约了农机服务的规模化和专业化发展。本研究旨在探讨农机跨区作业中的协调与管理问题，并提出相应的对策建议。通过文献分析、实地调研和案例研究相结合的方法，本文首先梳理了当前农机跨区作业的现状与挑战，发现信息共享机制不完善、区域间政策差异显著、作业组织形式单一等问题尤为突出。基于此，本文提出了构建信息化平台、优化政策协调机制、推广多元化作业模式等创新性对策。

RESEARCH ON THE COORDINATION AND MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES IN THE CROSS-REGION OPERATION OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY
ABSTRACT
With the acceleration of China's agricultural modernization, the cross-regional operation of agricultural machinery has become an important means to improve agricultural production efficiency. However, the coordination and management problems involved in the process of cross-region operation are increasingly prominent, such as information asymmetry, unreasonable resource allocation, low operation efficiency, etc., which seriously restrict the scale and professional development of agricultural machinery services. This study aims to discuss the coordination and management in cross-region operation of agricultural machinery, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Through the combination of literature analysis, field research and case study, this paper first sorted out the current situation and challenges of cross-regional agricultural machinery operation, and found that the problems such as imperfect information sharing mechanism, significant policy differences between regions, and single form of operation organization are particularly prominent. Based on this, this paper puts forward innovative countermeasures such as constructing information platform, optimizing policy coordination mechanism and promoting diversified operation mode.
