食品冷链物流中的质量控制问题及对策
摘 要
随着全球食品贸易的快速发展,食品冷链物流在保障食品安全和质量方面的作用日益凸显。然而,冷链物流系统中的质量控制问题仍然是一个亟待解决的挑战。本文通过文献综述和实地调研相结合的方法,系统分析了当前食品冷链物流中存在的质量控制问题,包括温度波动、设备老化、信息化水平不足以及监管体系不完善等。研究旨在提出有效的对策,以提升冷链物流的整体效率和安全性。通过对国内外典型案例的比较分析,本文发现,先进的温度监控技术、智能化管理系统以及严格的法规监管是解决问题的关键。特别是在中国,随着《食品安全法》的修订和“互联网+”战略的推进,冷链物流的信息化与智能化水平逐步提高。

QUALITY CONTROL PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES IN FOOD COLD CHAIN LOGISTICS
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of global food trade, food cold chain logistics plays an increasingly prominent role in ensuring food safety and quality. However, the quality control problem in the cold-chain logistics system is still a challenge to be solved urgently. Through the combination of literature review and field research, this paper systematically analyzes the existing quality control problems in the current food cold chain logistics, including temperature fluctuation, equipment aging, insufficient information level and imperfect supervision system. The research aims to put forward effective countermeasures to improve the overall efficiency and safety of cold chain logistics. Through the comparative analysis of the typical cases at home and abroad, this paper finds that the advanced temperature monitoring technology, intelligent management system and strict laws and regulations are the key to solve the problem. Especially in China, with the revision of the Food Safety Law and the promotion of the "Internet +" strategy, the informationization and intelligence level of cold chain logistics has been gradually improved.
