高校混合式教学开展存在问题及对策研究
摘要
随着高等教育信息化进程的加快，“混合”教学模式已被越来越多的大学所采用。在现代教育信息化进程中，以在线教学资源为基础，以线下面对面授课为主要内容的复合式教学模式，正日益得到教育工作者的青睐。然而，当前混合教学模式在实践中还存在着教学资源生态差、课堂教学与网上学习割裂、评价机制缺乏等问题，与学生对深度学习的期望相去甚远，难以与当今时代的高素质人才培养要求相匹配。怎样将混合式教学的优点发挥出来，对教育模式和学习方式进行改善，以满足新时代对人才培养的目标，已经变成了教育信息化的过程中，以及教育教学改革中的一个关键问题和突破口。本文就目前我国地方高等院校混合教育中出现的一些问题进行了分析，并从实践出发，提出了一些对策和建议，以期提高我国大学混合教育的质量。

Abstract
With the acceleration of the informatization process of higher education, the "mixed" teaching mode has been adopted by more and more universities. In the process of modern education informatization, the compound teaching mode based on online teaching resources and with offline face-to-face teaching as the main content is increasingly favored by educators. However, there are still some problems in the current mixed teaching model in practice, such as the poor ecology of teaching resources, the separation of classroom teaching and online learning, and the lack of evaluation mechanism, which are far from students' expectations of in-depth learning, and are difficult to match the requirements of high-quality talent cultivation in the current era. How to give full play to the advantages of mixed teaching and improve the education mode and learning mode to meet the goal of talent training in the new era has become a key issue and breakthrough in the process of education informatization and in the reform of education and teaching. This paper analyzes some problems in the mixed education of local colleges and universities in China at present, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from practice, with a view to improving the quality of mixed education in China's universities.
