农业机械化装备选型与配置优化策略

摘  要
随着全球农业生产模式的转型,农业机械化已成为提升生产效率、降低劳动强度的重要手段。然而,当前农业机械化装备的选型与配置仍面临诸多挑战,如设备匹配不合理、资源浪费严重等问题。本研究旨在通过系统分析农业机械化装备的选型与配置优化策略,提出一套科学、高效的解决方案。研究首先基于中国多个典型农业区域的实地调研数据,结合农作物种类、土壤条件及气候特征,构建了多维度的装备选型模型。随后,采用混合整数线性规划(MILP)方法,对不同场景下的机械化装备配置进行优化求解,确保在满足生产需求的同时实现资源的最优利用。研究结果表明,合理的装备选型与配置能够显著提高农业生产效率,减少能源消耗和环境负担。特别是在中国东北地区的玉米种植中,优化后的机械化方案使单位面积产量提升了12%,同时降低了15%的燃油消耗。

AGRICULTURAL MECHANIZATION EQUIPMENT SELECTION AND CONFIGURATION OPTIMIZATION STRATEGY

ABSTRACT
With the transformation of the global agricultural production mode, agricultural mechanization has become an important means to improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity. However, the current selection and configuration of agricultural mechanization equipment still faces many challenges, such as unreasonable equipment matching, serious waste of resources and other problems. This study aims to propose a set of scientific and efficient solutions by systematically analyzing the selection and configuration optimization strategies of agricultural mechanization equipment. Based on the field research data of several typical agricultural areas in China, we combined the crop types, soil conditions and climate characteristics. Subsequently, the mixed integer linear programming (MILP) method is adopted to optimize the mechanized equipment configuration in different scenarios to ensure the optimal utilization of resources while meeting the production requirements. The results show that reasonable equipment selection and allocation can significantly improve agricultural production efficiency and reduce energy consumption and environmental burden. Especially in northeast China, the optimized mechanization scheme has increased production per unit area by 12%, while reducing fuel consumption by 15%.
