摘 要
本文针对钢材制造过程中表面缺陷检测问题,研究了超声波无损检测在钢材表面缺陷检测中的应用技术及优化策略。文章从超声波无损检测的基本原理、钢材表面缺陷的分类和表征方法、缺陷检测问题与影响因素等方面阐述了该领域的相关概念及理论基础。在此基础上,本文设计了基于超声波的钢材表面缺陷检测方案、开发了钢材表面缺陷检测装置并优化了检测性能、优化了缺陷检测算法并提高了缺陷检测准确率等方面进行了研究。最终,实验结果验证了该优化策略的实用性和有效性。

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of surface defect detection in the process of steel manufacturing, the application technology and optimization strategy of ultrasonic nondestructive testing in surface defect detection of steel are studied in this paper. In this paper, the basic principle of ultrasonic nondestructive testing, classification and characterization of steel surface defects, defects detection problems and influencing factors are discussed. On this basis, this paper designs the ultrasonic based steel surface defect detection scheme, develops the steel surface defect detection device and optimizes the detection performance, optimizes the defect detection algorithm and improves the accuracy of the defect detection. Finally, the experimental results verify the practicability and effectiveness of the optimization strategy.

Abstract
