智慧工地配电监控系统研究
摘  要
随着我国城镇的发展,基础设施建设日益增多。智能化施工现场的目的是为了贯彻“以人为中心”的理念,降低人力资源的使用,降低员工的人身伤害。然而,随着智能化施工现场电力安全问题不断发生,单纯采用断路器构成的常规配电网,已难以适应智能化施工的要求。常规的配电柜仅具备电力供应、漏保护、过负荷、短路保护等基本性能,无法实现对电力设备的监测、控制、保护和分析。为了保证智能施工现场用电安全、可靠,开发智能化施工现场的电力调度监测是非常有意义的。
在此基础上,重点对配电柜硬件设计、配电监控箱的设计和后台管理设计三个方面进行了深入的探讨。根据电力公司的有关要求,并将 ARM单片机与通讯技术相融合,完成了配电网监控室的软硬件电路的研制。通过对 MQTT通信程序的控制,通过对断续呼叫的方法,使其能够高效稳定地运行。基于 B/S体系结构和分时监控电力系统的安全性,采用了前、后端技术,开发了一个基于 B/S体系结构的电力监控的后台管理。

Abstract
With the development of cities and towns in China, infrastructure construction is increasing. The purpose of intelligent construction site is to implement the concept of "human-centered", reduce the use of human resources and reduce the personal injury of employees. However, with the continuous occurrence of power safety problems in the intelligent construction site, the conventional distribution network composed of circuit breakers alone has been difficult to adapt to the requirements of intelligent construction. Conventional power distribution cabinets only have the basic functions of power supply, leakage protection, overload protection, short circuit protection, etc., and cannot realize the monitoring, control, protection and analysis of power equipment. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of electricity use in the intelligent construction site, it is of great significance to develop the electric power dispatching and monitoring in the intelligent construction site.
On this basis, it focuses on three aspects of the distribution cabinet hardware design, distribution monitoring box design and background management design. According to the relevant requirements of the power company, the software and hardware circuits of the distribution network monitoring room have been developed by combining the ARM single-chip microcomputer with the communication technology. Through the control of MQTT communication program and the method of intermittent call, it can run efficiently and stably. Based on the B/S architecture and the security of time-sharing monitoring power system, a background management of power monitoring based on B/S architecture is developed by using the front and back technologies.
