摘 要
电力电子变换器是现代能源转换系统中不可或缺的关键组件,其效率的高低直接关系到能源利用的效率及系统的可靠性。本文系统地回顾了电力电子变换器的工作原理,明确了效率与损耗的定义,并详细阐述了计算方法。通过分析影响变换器效率的关键因素,如开关频率、器件特性和电路拓扑等,揭示了这些因素如何影响变换器的性能。进一步地,本文构建了效率与损耗的数学模型,并基于此进行了量化分析,识别了对变换器性能影响最大的因素。通过敏感性分析,本文探讨了不同参数变化对效率与损耗的影响程度,为优化设计提供了依据。在综合评价部分,本文考虑了实际应用中的各种约束条件,提出了一种全面评估变换器性能的方法。针对设计和制造过程中存在的问题,如不合理的设计参数选择、忽视效率与损耗的重要性、制造工艺落后以及质量控制不严等,本文提出了相应的改进对策。在应用层面,分析了工作环境对变换器效率的影响以及用户使用不当可能导致的问题,并建议通过改善工作环境和提供用户指导来减少这些问题的发生。针对维护管理不善导致的效率下降和损耗增加问题,本文强调了制定科学的维护计划和加强设备监控的重要性。

Abstract
Power electronic converter is an indispensable component in modern energy conversion system, and its efficiency is directly related to the efficiency of energy utilization and the reliability of the system. In this paper, the working principle of power electronic converter is reviewed systematically, the definition of efficiency and loss is clarified, and the calculation method is described in detail. By analyzing the key factors affecting the efficiency of the converter, such as switching frequency, device characteristics and circuit topology, how these factors affect the performance of the converter is revealed. Furthermore, a mathematical model of efficiency and loss is constructed, based on which a quantitative analysis is carried out to identify the most influential factors on the converter performance. Through sensitivity analysis, this paper discusses the influence of different parameters on efficiency and loss, which provides a basis for optimal design. In the comprehensive evaluation part, this paper considers various constraints in practical applications, and presents a comprehensive evaluation method of converter performance. In view of the problems existing in the design and manufacturing process, such as unreasonable selection of design parameters, ignoring the importance of efficiency and loss, backward manufacturing process and lax quality control, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures. At the application level, the influence of the working environment on the efficiency of the converter and the possible problems caused by improper use of the user are analyzed, and it is suggested to reduce these problems by improving the working environment and providing guidance to the user. In order to reduce efficiency and increase loss caused by poor maintenance management, this paper emphasizes the importance of making scientific maintenance plan and strengthening equipment monitoring.
