摘 要
校园欺凌现象已成为全球关注的教育与社会问题,尤其在中小学校园中表现突出,对学生的身心健康和学业发展造成严重影响。本研究旨在探讨中小学校园欺凌现象的成因及其预防与干预策略,以期为学校、家庭和社会提供科学依据和实践指导。研究采用问卷调查法与深度访谈法相结合的方式,选取了全国范围内10所中小学的2000名学生及教师作为样本,系统分析了校园欺凌的发生频率、形式以及影响因素。结果表明,校园欺凌现象具有隐蔽性、多样性及长期性的特点,其主要诱因包括个体心理特征、家庭环境、同伴关系以及学校管理机制的不足。本研究创新性地提出了“三位一体”综合干预模式,即通过强化家庭教育、优化学校管理和构建社会支持网络,形成多维度协同作用的防控体系。此外,研究还开发了一套基于大数据分析的校园欺凌预警系统,能够有效识别潜在风险并及时介入。研究表明,该模式和系统的应用显著降低了校园欺凌事件的发生率,并提升了学生的心理健康水平和校园安全感。总体而言,本研究不仅深化了对校园欺凌现象的理解,还为相关领域的理论发展和实践探索提供了重要参考价值。

Abstract
School bullying has become a global educational and social issue, particularly prominent in primary and secondary schools, with significant adverse effects on students' mental and physical health as well as their academic development. This study aims to explore the causes of school bullying in primary and secondary schools and propose preventive and intervention strategies to provide scientific evidence and practical guidance for schools, families, and society. By combining questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, this research selected 2,000 students and teachers from 10 primary and secondary schools across the country, systematically analyzing the frequency, forms, and influencing factors of school bullying. The results indicate that school bullying is characterized by concealment, diversity, and persistence, with major inducements including individual psychological traits, family environment, peer relationships, and deficiencies in school management mechanisms. Innovatively, this study proposes an integrated "trinity" intervention model, which enhances family education, optimizes school management, and constructs a social support network to establish a multi-dimensional collaborative prevention system. Additionally, the study develops a school bullying early warning system based on big data analysis, capable of effectively identifying potential risks and enabling timely intervention. The application of this model and system has significantly reduced the incidence of school bullying events while improving students' mental health levels and campus safety. Overall, this study not only deepens the understanding of school bullying phenomena but also provides important reference value for theoretical development and practical exploration in related fields.
