摘 要
随着社会变迁与家庭结构的转型,家庭教育的重要性日益凸显,而幼儿园作为儿童早期教育的核心场所,在家庭教育指导服务中扮演着关键角色。本研究旨在探索幼儿园实施家庭教育指导服务的有效路径,以促进家校协同育人机制的完善。当前幼儿园在家庭教育指导服务中存在资源分配不均、专业能力不足及家长参与度低等问题,但同时也发现部分幼儿园通过构建多元化的指导模式、开发特色课程以及利用数字化平台取得了显著成效。本研究创新性地提出了“三位一体”实施框架,即以教师专业发展为核心、以家园互动为纽带、以社区资源整合为支撑,从而形成系统化、可持续的家庭教育指导服务体系。这一框架不仅为幼儿园提供了可操作的实践指南,对推动家庭教育与幼儿园教育的深度融合具有重要参考价值。

Implementation Pathways of Family Education Guidance Services in Kindergartens

Abstract
With the social changes and the transformation of family structure, the importance of family education has become increasingly prominent, and kindergartens, as the core place of early childhood education, play a key role in family education guidance services. The purpose of this study is to explore the effective way to implement the family education guidance service in kindergartens, so as to promote the improvement of the home-school cooperative parenting mechanism. At present, there are some problems in the family education guidance service of kindergartens, such as uneven distribution of resources, lack of professional ability and low participation of parents. However, it is also found that some kindergartens have achieved remarkable results by constructing diversified guidance models, developing characteristic courses and using digital platforms. This study innovatively puts forward the "trinity" implementation fr amework, that is, with teacher professional development as the core, home interaction as the link, and community resource integration as the support, so as to form a systematic and sustainable family education guidance service system. This fr amework not only provides practical guidelines for kindergartens, but also has important reference value for promoting the deep integration of family education and kindergarten education.
