摘 要
社区林业作为实现可持续森林管理的重要途径，近年来在全球范围内受到广泛关注。本研究以参与式管理为核心，探讨其在社区林业发展中的应用模式与实践效果。基于国内外相关理论与案例分析，结合实地调研数据，采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法，系统评估了参与式管理对社区林业的促进作用。研究发现，通过构建多方协作机制、优化利益分配体系以及强化社区能力建设，能够显著提升社区林业的经济效益与生态效益。此外，本研究创新性地提出了“动态适应型参与式管理模式”，强调根据不同社区的具体需求灵活调整管理策略，从而提高管理效率与可持续性。该模式为解决当前社区林业发展中存在的权责不清、利益冲突等问题提供了新思路，也为相关政策制定者和实践者提供了理论支持与实践参考。研究成果对推动社区林业的可持续发展具有重要价值。关键词：社区林业; 参与式管理; 动态适应型模式; 多方协作机制; 利益分配体系
Abstract
Community forestry, as a crucial approach to achieving sustainable forest management, has garnered significant global attention in recent years. This study focuses on participatory management, exploring its application models and practical effects in the development of community forestry. By integrating domestic and international theories and case studies with field survey data, and employing a research methodology that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches, the study systematically evaluates the promoting role of participatory management in community forestry. The findings indicate that establishing multi-party collaboration mechanisms, optimizing benefit distribution systems, and enhancing community capacity building can significantly improve both the economic and ecological benefits of community forestry. Furthermore, this study innovatively proposes a "dynamically adaptive participatory management model," which emphasizes the flexible adjustment of management strategies according to the specific needs of different communities, thereby enhancing management efficiency and sustainability. This model provides new insights into addressing existing issues in community forestry development, such as unclear rights and responsibilities and利益 conflicts, while also offering theoretical support and practical references for policymakers and practitioners.
