物流行业在“双循环”格局下的发展策略

摘 要

在全球经济格局深刻调整和中国提出“双循环”新发展格局的背景下，物流行业作为连接生产与消费的重要纽带，其发展策略亟需适应新的战略需求。本研究旨在探讨物流行业如何在“双循环”格局下实现高质量发展，通过文献分析、案例研究及实证调查相结合的方法，系统梳理了国内外物流行业的现状与挑战，并提出了针对性的发展路径。研究发现，“双循环”格局要求物流行业从单一的运输功能向综合服务转型，强化国内供应链的韧性和国际物流网络的协同能力。具体而言，国内循环中应注重智慧物流技术的应用、区域物流枢纽的优化布局以及绿色低碳模式的推广；国际循环则需加强海外物流节点建设、提升跨境物流效率并深化国际合作。此外，研究还强调了政策支持、技术创新与企业协作在推动行业发展中的关键作用。本研究的创新点在于首次将“双循环”理论与物流实践相结合，构建了多层次、多维度的发展框架，并为政府和企业提供具有操作性的建议。主要贡献体现在填补了相关领域研究空白，同时为物流行业的转型升级提供了理论支撑与实践指导，助力其在新格局下发挥更大作用。

In the context of profound adjustments in the global economic landscape and China's proposal of the "dual circulation" new development pattern, the logistics industry, as a critical link between production and consumption, urgently needs to adapt its development strategies to meet new strategic requirements. This study aims to explore how the logistics industry can achieve high-quality development under the "dual circulation" fr amework by employing a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and empirical investigations. It systematically reviews the current status and challenges faced by the logistics industry both domestically and internationally, while proposing targeted development pathways. The findings indicate that the "dual circulation" pattern requires the logistics industry to transition from a single transportation function to comprehensive services, enhancing the resilience of domestic supply chains and the coordination capabilities of international logistics networks. Specifically, within the domestic circulation, emphasis should be placed on the application of smart logistics technologies, the optimization of regional logistics hubs, and the promotion of green and low-carbon models. In contrast, international circulation necessitates strengthening the construction of overseas logistics nodes, improving cross-border logistics efficiency, and deepening international cooperation. Additionally, the study highlights the critical role of policy support, technological innovation, and corporate collaboration in driving industry development. A key innovation of this research lies in its first-time integration of the "dual circulation" theory with logistics practice, establishing a multi-level and multi-dimensional development fr amework and providing actionable recommendations for governments and enterprises. Its primary contributions include filling a gap in related research areas and offering theoretical support and practical guidance for the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry, thereby enabling it to play a more significant role under the new development paradigm.
