摘 要
随着全球经济一体化的深入推进,物流行业作为支撑国民经济发展的基础性产业,其效率提升已成为学术界和产业界共同关注的核心议题。本研究以资源配置优化为切入点,旨在探索提高物流效率的有效策略,从而缓解资源浪费与供需失衡的问题。研究基于系统动力学理论,结合大数据分析技术,构建了包含运输、仓储及配送环节的多维度资源配置模型,并通过实证分析验证了模型的可行性和有效性。通过对某大型物流企业长达三年的数据追踪,研究发现,通过动态调整资源配置比例、优化路径规划以及引入智能化调度系统,可显著降低物流成本并提升服务响应速度。此外,本研究创新性地提出了基于需求预测的弹性资源配置机制,该机制能够根据市场波动灵活调整资源分配方案,从而实现资源利用的最大化。研究结果表明,相较于传统固定配置模式,优化后的资源配置策略可使物流总成本降低约15%,同时将平均配送时间缩短20%以上。这一成果不仅为物流企业提供了科学决策依据,也为相关政策制定者优化行业管理提供了重要参考。总体而言,本研究的主要贡献在于揭示了资源配置对物流效率的关键影响,并通过量化分析和实证研究验证了优化策略的实际应用价值,为推动物流行业的可持续发展奠定了坚实基础。

Abstract
With the deepening of global economic integration, the logistics industry, as a fundamental sector supporting national economic development, has drawn increasing attention from both academia and industry regarding its efficiency enhancement. This study focuses on resource allocation optimization to explore effective strategies for improving logistics efficiency, aiming to alleviate issues of resource waste and supply-demand imbalance. Grounded in system dynamics theory and integrated with big data analytics, a multi-dimensional resource allocation model encompassing transportation, warehousing, and delivery processes was constructed and validated through empirical analysis. By tracking data from a large-scale logistics enterprise over three years, the study reveals that dynamically adjusting resource allocation ratios, optimizing route planning, and introducing intelligent scheduling systems can significantly reduce logistics costs and enhance service responsiveness. Furthermore, this research innovatively proposes an elastic resource allocation mechanism based on demand forecasting, which enables flexible adjustments of resource allocation schemes in response to market fluctuations, thereby maximizing resource utilization. The results indicate that compared to traditional fixed allocation models, the optimized resource allocation strategy reduces total logistics costs by approximately 15% and shortens average delivery time by over 20%. These findings not only provide scientific decision-making support for logistics enterprises but also offer valuable references for policymakers in optimizing industry management. Overall, the primary contribution of this study lies in elucidating the critical impact of resource allocation on logistics efficiency and validating the practical application value of optimization strategies through quantitative analysis and empirical research, thus laying a solid foundation for promoting the sustainable development of the logistics industry.
