摘 要
随着数字经济的迅猛发展,其对传统产业就业结构的影响已成为学术界和政策制定者关注的重要议题。本研究旨在探讨数字经济如何通过技术变革、产业结构调整及市场重塑等机制,深刻影响传统产业的就业模式与职业分布。基于2010年至2022年间中国30个省份的面板数据,采用动态面板模型(System GMM)进行实证分析,并结合案例研究方法深入剖析典型行业的转型路径。研究发现,数字经济的发展显著促进了高技能岗位的增长,同时对低技能岗位形成了一定程度的替代效应,但这种影响因行业特性而异。具体而言,制造业和服务业中的重复性劳动岗位受到较大冲击,而创新型和技术支持型岗位需求显著增加。

Abstract
With the rapid development of digital economy, its impact on the employment structure of traditional industries has become an important issue of concern to academia and policy makers. This study aims to explore how the digital economy profoundly affects the employment pattern and occupation distribution of traditional industries through technological change, industrial structure adjustment and market remodeling. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2022, the dynamic panel model (System GMM) was used for empirical analysis, and the transformation path of typical industries was deeply analyzed in combination with case study methods. The study found that the development of the digital economy has significantly promoted the growth of highly skilled jobs, while creating a certain degree of substitution effect on low-skilled jobs, but this impact varies by industry characteristics. Specifically, repetitive jobs in the manufacturing and service sectors have been greatly impacted, while the demand for innovative and technology-supported jobs has increased significantly.
