摘 要
随着全球食品贸易的快速发展和消费者对食品安全与品质要求的不断提高,冷链物流在食品保鲜中的作用日益凸显。本研究旨在探讨食品保鲜技术在冷链物流中的应用现状及优化路径,以提升食品在整个供应链中的保鲜效果和经济效益。研究采用文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法,系统梳理了当前主流保鲜技术(如气调保鲜、低温冷链、智能包装等)的特点及其在冷链物流各环节的应用情况,并通过实证分析评估其实际效果。研究表明,将智能化技术和绿色保鲜手段融入冷链物流可显著提高食品的新鲜度和物流效率,同时降低能耗与损耗。本研究的创新点在于提出了一种基于大数据分析的冷链物流优化模型,该模型能够动态调整温控策略并预测潜在风险,为行业提供了科学决策依据。研究结论表明,通过技术集成与管理优化,可以实现冷链物流的高效运行与可持续发展,为保障食品安全和减少资源浪费提供了重要支持。

Abstract
With the rapid development of global food trade and the increasing demands of consumers for food safety and quality, the role of cold chain logistics in food preservation has become increasingly prominent. This study aims to investigate the current application status and optimization pathways of food preservation technologies in cold chain logistics to enhance the preservation effectiveness and economic benefits throughout the supply chain. By integrating literature analysis with case studies, this research systematically examines the characteristics of mainstream preservation technologies, such as modified atmosphere preservation, low-temperature cold chains, and intelligent packaging, as well as their applications across various stages of cold chain logistics. Empirical analysis is conducted to evaluate the practical outcomes of these technologies. The findings indicate that incorporating intelligent technologies and green preservation methods into cold chain logistics can significantly improve food freshness and logistics efficiency while reducing energy consumption and product loss. A key innovation of this study is the proposal of a cold chain logistics optimization model based on big data analysis, which enables dynamic adjustment of temperature control strategies and prediction of potential risks, thereby providing a scientific basis for decision-making in the industry. The conclusions suggest that through technological integration and management optimization, it is possible to achieve efficient operation and sustainable development of cold chain logistics, offering critical support for ensuring food safety and minimizing resource waste.
