摘要
随着电子商务的迅猛发展，知识产权保护面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。本研究旨在探讨电子商务环境下知识产权保护的核心问题，并提出系统化的解决方案。研究以电子商务平台为切入点，通过文献分析、案例研究及实证调查相结合的方法，深入剖析了当前知识产权侵权行为的特点及其成因。研究发现，电子商务环境下的知识产权侵权呈现出隐蔽性高、传播速度快和跨地域性强等特征，传统保护机制难以有效应对这些新挑战。为此，本文创新性地构建了一种基于区块链技术的知识产权保护框架，该框架能够实现权利信息的透明化存储与实时追溯，从而显著提升保护效率。此外，研究还提出了加强国际合作与完善法律法规的具体建议，以弥补现有制度的不足。研究表明，将技术创新与法律规制相结合是解决电子商务领域知识产权保护问题的关键路径。本研究的主要贡献在于首次将区块链技术应用于电子商务知识产权保护实践，并为相关政策制定提供了理论支持与实践指导，对推动电子商务健康可持续发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of e-commerce, intellectual property protection is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. This study aims to explore the core issues of intellectual property protection in the e-commerce environment and propose a systematic solution. Focusing on e-commerce platforms, the research employs a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and empirical investigations to analyze the characteristics and causes of current intellectual property infringement behaviors. The findings indicate that intellectual property infringements in the e-commerce context are characterized by high concealment, rapid dissemination, and strong cross-regional nature, which traditional protection mechanisms struggle to address effectively. In response, this paper innovatively constructs a blockchain-based intellectual property protection fr amework that enables transparent storage and real-time tracing of rights information, thereby significantly enhancing protection efficiency. Furthermore, the study puts forward specific recommendations for strengthening international cooperation and improving relevant laws and regulations to address existing institutional deficiencies. The research demonstrates that integrating technological innovation with legal regulation is a critical approach to resolving intellectual property protection issues in the e-commerce domain. A primary contribution of this study is the first application of blockchain technology to the practice of intellectual property protection in e-commerce, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for related policy formulation. This has important implications for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of e-commerce.
