纳米技术作为现代科学技术的重要分支,为药物递送系统的发展提供了全新思路和解决方案。本研究旨在探讨纳米技术在药物递送中的应用机制及其未来前景,通过分析纳米载体材料的特性、制备方法及生物学效应,评估其在提高药物靶向性、降低毒副作用及增强治疗效果方面的潜力。研究采用实验验证与理论分析相结合的方法,选取多种典型纳米载体(如脂质体、聚合物纳米粒和无机纳米颗粒)进行体内外实验,考察其载药能力、释放行为及生物相容性。结果表明,纳米技术能够显著改善传统药物递送系统的局限性,实现药物的可控释放和精准递送。特别是在肿瘤治疗领域,基于纳米技术的药物递送系统表现出更高的疗效和安全性。本研究的创新点在于首次提出了一种多功能纳米载体设计策略,该策略结合了主动靶向与刺激响应释放功能,有效提升了药物在病灶部位的积累效率。此外,研究还对纳米技术在未来个性化医疗和联合治疗中的潜在价值进行了展望,为相关领域的进一步发展奠定了理论基础和实践指导。

Abstract
Nanotechnology, as an important branch of modern science and technology, has provided new ideas and solutions for the development of drug delivery systems. This study aims to explore the application mechanisms of nanotechnology in drug delivery and its future prospects by analyzing the characteristics, preparation methods, and biological effects of nanocarrier materials, evaluating their potential to improve drug targeting, reduce toxic side effects, and enhance therapeutic efficacy. The research combines experimental validation with theoretical analysis, selecting various typical nanocarriers such as liposomes, polymeric nanoparticles, and inorganic nanoparticles for in vitro and in vivo experiments to examine their drug-loading capacity, release behavior, and biocompatibility. The results indicate that nanotechnology can significantly address the limitations of traditional drug delivery systems, enabling controlled release and precise delivery of drugs. Particularly in cancer therapy, nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems demonstrate superior efficacy and safety. An innovation of this study lies in the first proposal of a multifunctional nanocarrier design strategy that integrates active targeting and stimuli-responsive release functions, effectively enhancing drug accumulation at lesion sites. Furthermore, the study provides an outlook on the potential value of nanotechnology in personalized medicine and combination therapies, laying a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for further advancements in related fields.
