摘要
制药工程作为现代工业的重要组成部分,在满足人类健康需求的同时,也面临着资源消耗和环境污染的严峻挑战。为实现行业可持续发展,本文以清洁生产为核心理念,探讨其在制药工程中的应用路径与优化策略。研究旨在通过系统分析制药过程中的能源消耗、废弃物排放及工艺效率问题,提出兼具经济性和环保性的解决方案。基于文献调研与案例分析,结合生命周期评估(LCA)方法,本文对典型制药工艺进行了定量评价,并引入绿色化学原则优化关键环节。结果表明,通过改进反应路线、提升催化剂效能以及加强废弃物回收利用,可显著降低单位产品能耗与污染物排放量。此外,本文创新性地提出了集成化管理框架,将清洁生产理念贯穿于研发、生产到废弃处理的全链条,为制药企业提供了可操作性强的技术指导。研究结论强调,清洁生产不仅是技术升级的必然选择,更是推动制药行业向低碳、高效、可持续方向转型的关键驱动力,为相关政策制定与产业实践提供了重要参考。

Abstract
Pharmaceutical engineering, as a critical component of modern industry, plays a vital role in meeting human health needs while confronting severe challenges related to resource consumption and environmental pollution. To achieve sustainable development in the sector, this study focuses on clean production as a core concept and explores its application pathways and optimization strategies within pharmaceutical engineering. By systematically analyzing issues such as energy consumption, waste emissions, and process efficiency during pharmaceutical production, economically and environmentally viable solutions are proposed. Based on literature reviews, case studies, and lifecycle assessment (LCA) methodologies, typical pharmaceutical processes were quantitatively evaluated, with green chemistry principles introduced to optimize key stages. The results indicate that improving reaction routes, enhancing catalyst performance, and reinforcing waste recycling can significantly reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions per unit product. Furthermore, an innovative integrated management fr amework is proposed, embedding the philosophy of clean production throughout the entire chain from research and development to production and waste disposal, offering pharmaceutical enterprises highly operational technical guidance. The conclusions emphasize that clean production represents not only an inevitable choice for technological upgrading but also a crucial driving force for transitioning the pharmaceutical industry toward low-carbon, high-efficiency, and sustainable development, providing significant references for policy formulation and industrial practices.
