随着数字媒体技术的迅猛发展,用户生成内容(User-Generated Content, UGC)已成为信息传播和文化生产的重要组成部分,其激励机制的研究对于提升UGC质量和促进平台生态繁荣具有重要意义本研究以数字媒体环境为背景,深入探讨UGC激励机制的设计与优化,旨在揭示影响用户创作行为的关键因素,并提出针对性的策略研究采用混合方法论,通过问卷调查、深度访谈以及大数据分析相结合的方式,收集并分析了来自多个主流数字平台的海量数据结果表明,经济回报、社会认同、自我表达需求以及社区归属感是驱动用户持续参与内容创作的核心动力此外,算法推荐机制对用户激励效果存在显著调节作用基于此,本研究构建了一个多层次激励框架,将外部奖励与内在动机有机结合,并提出了动态调整机制以适应不同用户群体的需求这一框架不仅提升了用户创作的积极性,还有效促进了高质量内容的产出研究的主要贡献在于首次系统性地解析了数字媒体环境下UGC激励机制的作用机理,为平台运营者提供了理论支持与实践指导,同时为相关领域的后续研究奠定了基础

Abstract
With the rapid development of digital media technology, User-Generated Content (UGC) has become a crucial component of information dissemination and cultural production. The study of its incentive mechanisms is of great significance for enhancing UGC quality and promoting platform ecological prosperity. This research, set against the backdrop of the digital media environment, delves into the design and optimization of UGC incentive mechanisms, aiming to uncover the key factors influencing user creation behavior and propose targeted strategies. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, combining questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and big data analysis to collect and analyze massive datasets from multiple mainstream digital platforms. The findings indicate that economic rewards, social recognition, self-ex pression needs, and a sense of community belonging are the core drivers motivating users to continuously participate in content creation. Moreover, the algorithmic recommendation mechanism exerts a significant moderating effect on user incentives. Based on these insights, this study constructs a multi-level incentive fr amework that integrates external rewards with intrinsic motivations while proposing a dynamic adjustment mechanism to cater to the needs of different user groups. This fr amework not only enhances user creativity but also effectively promotes the production of high-quality content. The primary contribution of this research lies in its systematic dissection of the operational mechanisms of UGC incentive systems within the digital media context, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for platform operators while laying a foundation for subsequent studies in related fields.
