  骨关节疾病是临床常见病和多发病,其早期诊断对治疗效果和预后具有重要意义。本研究旨在探讨医学影像学技术在骨关节疾病诊断中的最新进展及其应用价值。通过系统综述近年来X线、CT、MRI、超声及分子影像等技术的发展与改进,分析其在骨关节疾病检测中的敏感性、特异性和临床适应症。研究表明,传统影像技术如X线和CT在骨结构评估中仍发挥重要作用,而MRI和超声则因其高软组织分辨率和动态成像能力,在早期病变识别和功能评估中展现出独特优势。此外,分子影像技术的引入为炎症反应、代谢活动及细胞水平变化提供了更为精准的可视化手段,显著提升了复杂骨关节疾病的诊断准确性。本研究的创新点在于综合评估多种影像技术的互补性,并提出基于疾病特征的个性化诊断策略,为临床实践提供了重要参考。结果表明,结合多种影像技术可有效提高骨关节疾病的诊断效率和精确度,推动了该领域的技术革新与临床应用发展。

Abstract
  Bone and joint diseases are common and frequently occurring conditions in clinical practice, and their early diagnosis plays a crucial role in treatment outcomes and prognosis. This study aims to investigate the latest advancements and application values of medical imaging techniques in the diagnosis of bone and joint diseases. By systematically reviewing the developments and improvements of X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and molecular imaging technologies in recent years, we analyze their sensitivity, specificity, and clinical indications in detecting bone and joint diseases. The findings indicate that traditional imaging techniques, such as X-ray and CT, continue to play important roles in bone structure assessment, while MRI and ultrasound demonstrate unique advantages in early lesion identification and functional evaluation due to their high soft-tissue resolution and dynamic imaging capabilities. Furthermore, the introduction of molecular imaging technology provides more precise visualization of inflammatory responses, me tabolic activities, and cellular-level changes, significantly enhancing the diagnostic accuracy of complex bone and joint diseases. The innovation of this study lies in comprehensively evaluating the complementarity of multiple imaging techniques and proposing personalized diagnostic strategies based on disease characteristics, offering significant references for clinical practice. The results show that integrating various imaging techniques can effectively improve the efficiency and precision of diagnosing bone and joint diseases, promoting technical innovations and clinical application developments in this field.
