摘 要
林区水资源管理在生态系统保护与可持续发展中具有重要意义,然而传统管理模式往往难以应对复杂多变的自然环境与人类活动影响。本研究以优化林区水资源管理为核心目标,结合遥感监测、水文模拟及多目标决策分析等方法,系统评估了典型林区水资源的空间分布特征、动态变化规律及其驱动因素。通过构建集成模型,提出了基于生态优先原则的水资源分配方案,并设计了适应性管理框架以提升资源利用效率和生态服务功能。研究结果表明,优化后的管理策略能够显著改善水资源供需平衡,降低干旱风险,同时为生物多样性保护提供有力支撑。本研究的主要创新点在于将生态需求纳入水资源配置决策过程,并通过量化分析验证了其可行性和有效性,为类似区域的水资源管理提供了科学依据和技术参考。

Abstract
Forest region water resources management plays a crucial role in ecosystem conservation and sustainable development, yet traditional management approaches often struggle to address the complex and dynamic influences of natural environments and human activities. This study focuses on optimizing water resources management in forest regions by integrating remote sensing monitoring, hydrological simulation, and multi-ob jective decision analysis to systematically evaluate the spatial distribution characteristics, dynamic change patterns, and driving factors of water resources in typical forest areas. Through the construction of an integrated model, an ecologically prioritized water resource allocation scheme is proposed, along with an adaptive management fr amework designed to enhance resource utilization efficiency and ecological service functions. The results indicate that the optimized management strategy can significantly improve the balance between water supply and demand, reduce drought risks, and provide strong support for biodiversity conservation. A key innovation of this study lies in incorporating ecological requirements into the decision-making process of water resource allocation and validating its feasibility and effectiveness through quantitative analysis, thereby providing scientific evidence and technical references for water resources management in similar regions.
