摘要
随着全球化和科技进步的加速,企业面临的环境不确定性日益增强,这对企业的战略适应能力提出了更高要求。本研究旨在探讨环境不确定性对企业战略柔性的影响机制,并进一步揭示其内在作用路径。基于资源基础观和权变理论,本文构建了以环境不确定性为核心自变量、企业战略柔性为因变量的研究框架,并引入动态能力和组织学习作为中介变量进行深入分析。通过问卷调查法收集268家制造型企业数据,并运用结构方程模型进行实证检验,研究发现环境不确定性显著正向影响企业战略柔性,而动态能力和组织学习在这一过程中起到部分中介作用。此外,企业规模对上述关系具有调节效应,大型企业在应对环境不确定性时表现出更强的战略柔性。本研究的创新点在于首次将动态能力和组织学习纳入统一框架,系统解析了环境不确定性与战略柔性之间的复杂关系,为相关理论提供了新的实证支持。同时,研究结果为企业提升战略柔性和适应能力提供了实践指导,强调了动态能力和组织学习在不确定环境中的关键作用,从而丰富了战略管理和组织行为领域的学术成果。

Abstract
With the acceleration of globalization and technological progress, firms are facing increasing environmental uncertainty, which imposes higher demands on their strategic adaptability. This study aims to explore the influence mechanism of environmental uncertainty on corporate strategic flexibility and further reveal its underlying pathways. Grounded in the resource-based view and contingency theory, this paper constructs a research fr amework with environmental uncertainty as the core independent variable and corporate strategic flexibility as the dependent variable, introducing dynamic capabilities and organizational learning as mediating variables for in-depth analysis. Data from 268 manufacturing firms were collected through a questionnaire survey and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings indicate that environmental uncertainty has a significantly positive impact on corporate strategic flexibility, while dynamic capabilities and organizational learning partially mediate this relationship. Additionally, firm size moderates these relationships, with larger firms demonstrating stronger strategic flexibility in response to environmental uncertainty. The innovation of this study lies in its integration of dynamic capabilities and organizational learning into a unified fr amework, systematically dissecting the complex relationship between environmental uncertainty and strategic flexibility, thereby providing new empirical support for relevant theories. Moreover, the results offer practical guidance for firms to enhance their strategic flexibility and adaptability, emphasizing the critical role of dynamic capabilities and organizational learning in uncertain environments, thus enriching academic achievements in the fields of strategic management and organizational behavior.
