摘要
在全球经济一体化和市场竞争日益激烈的背景下,供应链协同管理逐渐成为提升企业运营绩效的核心策略。本研究旨在探讨供应链协同管理对企业运营绩效的直接影响及其作用机制,通过构建理论模型并结合实证分析,揭示协同程度与运营效率之间的内在关系。研究采用问卷调查法收集数据,并运用结构方程模型对样本企业的数据进行分析,结果表明,供应链协同管理显著提升了企业的成本控制能力、库存管理水平以及客户满意度,从而优化了整体运营绩效。此外,信息共享和技术支持在协同管理中发挥了关键的中介作用,进一步强化了其对运营绩效的正向影响。本研究的创新点在于将供应链协同管理细化为多个维度,并验证了不同维度对运营绩效的具体贡献,同时引入动态视角分析了外部环境变化对协同效果的调节作用。这一发现不仅丰富了供应链管理领域的理论框架,还为企业实践提供了明确的指导方向,即通过加强信息共享、技术投入和合作伙伴关系建设,能够有效提升企业的竞争力与可持续发展能力。

Abstract
In the context of global economic integration and increasingly fierce market competition, supply chain collaborative management has gradually become a core strategy for enhancing corporate operational performance. This study aims to investigate the direct impact of supply chain collaborative management on corporate operational performance and its underlying mechanisms by constructing a theoretical model and conducting empirical analysis, thereby uncovering the intrinsic relationship between the level of collaboration and operational efficiency. Data were collected using a questionnaire survey method, and structural equation modeling was employed to analyze the data from sample firms. The results indicate that supply chain collaborative management significantly improves cost control capabilities, inventory management levels, and customer satisfaction, thereby optimizing overall operational performance. Moreover, information sharing and technological support play critical mediating roles in collaborative management, further strengthening its positive impact on operational performance. The innovation of this study lies in refining supply chain collaborative management into multiple dimensions and validating the specific contributions of these dimensions to operational performance, while introducing a dynamic perspective to analyze the moderating effects of external environmental changes on collaborative outcomes. This finding not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of supply chain management but also provides clear guidance for corporate practice, suggesting that enhancing information sharing, increasing technological investment, and strengthening partner relationships can effectively improve corporate competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities.
