摘 要
随着电子商务的迅猛发展,逆向物流作为供应链管理的重要组成部分,其风险管理机制逐渐成为学术界和企业界的关注焦点。本研究以电子商务环境下的逆向物流为背景,旨在构建一套系统化的风险管理机制,以应对因退货、回收及再利用等环节带来的不确定性与复杂性。通过文献综述、案例分析以及实证研究相结合的方法,本文首先梳理了逆向物流风险管理的关键要素,包括信息不对称、成本控制、技术支撑及政策法规的影响;其次,基于风险识别、评估与控制的理论框架,提出了适用于电子商务企业的逆向物流风险管理模型。研究结果表明,通过引入大数据分析与人工智能技术,可以显著提升风险预测的准确性和决策效率;同时,建立多方协作的共享平台能够有效降低信息不对称带来的负面影响。此外,本研究还强调了企业内部流程优化与外部合作伙伴关系管理在风险管理中的重要作用。最终得出结论:完善的逆向物流风险管理机制不仅有助于减少经济损失,还能增强企业的可持续发展能力。本研究的创新点在于将技术驱动与协同管理理念融入逆向物流风险管理,并通过实证数据验证了模型的有效性,为相关领域的理论发展和实践应用提供了重要参考。

A Mechanism for Reverse Logistics Risk Management in E-Commerce Environments
Abstract: With the rapid development of e-commerce, reverse logistics, as a critical component of supply chain management, has increasingly drawn attention from both academia and industry regarding its risk management mechanisms. This study focuses on reverse logistics in the context of e-commerce, aiming to construct a systematic risk management mechanism to address uncertainties and complexities arising from processes such as returns, recycling, and reuse. By integrating literature review, case analysis, and empirical research, this paper first identifies key elements of risk management in reverse logistics, including information asymmetry, cost control, technological support, and the influence of policies and regulations. Subsequently, based on a theoretical fr amework encompassing risk identification, assessment, and control, a reverse logistics risk management model tailored for e-commerce enterprises is proposed. The findings indicate that the integration of big data analytics and artificial intelligence technologies can significantly enhance the accuracy of risk prediction and improve decision-making efficiency. Furthermore, establishing a collaborative shared platform among multiple stakeholders effectively mitigates the adverse effects of information asymmetry. Additionally, this study underscores the importance of internal process optimization within enterprises and external partner relationship management in risk management. Ultimately, it concludes that a comprehensive risk management mechanism for reverse logistics not only reduces economic losses but also strengthens the sustainability of enterprises. The innovation of this research lies in incorporating technology-driven approaches and collaborative management concepts into reverse logistics risk management, with the effectiveness of the proposed model validated through empirical data, thereby providing significant references for theoretical advancements and practical applications in related fields.
