摘 要
随着全球环境问题日益严峻以及资源短缺现象加剧,绿色供应链管理逐渐成为学术界与产业界的关注焦点,其中逆向物流回收模式作为实现资源高效循环利用的重要环节,具有显著的经济与环境价值。本研究旨在探索绿色供应链背景下逆向物流回收模式的创新路径,以提升资源回收效率并降低环境负担。通过文献综述、案例分析与系统动力学建模相结合的研究方法,本文深入剖析了现有逆向物流回收模式的不足,并提出了一种基于多方协作的动态优化回收模式。研究结果表明,该创新模式能够有效整合生产商、消费者、第三方物流服务商及政府等多方主体的利益诉求,通过信息共享与激励机制的设计,显著提高废旧产品的回收率与再利用率。此外,模型模拟结果显示,相较于传统单一回收模式,新提出的协作模式在经济效益与环境效益上均表现出更优的综合性能。本研究的主要贡献在于提出了一个适用于复杂供应链网络的逆向物流回收框架,强调了数字化技术与政策工具在推动绿色转型中的关键作用,为相关企业与政府部门提供了实践参考。这一研究成果不仅丰富了绿色供应链管理的理论体系,也为实现可持续发展目标提供了切实可行的解决方案。

Innovations in Reverse Logistics Recovery Models within Green Supply Chains
Abstract: As global environmental issues become increasingly severe and resource shortages intensify, green supply chain management has gradually emerged as a focal point for both academia and industry. Among its components, reverse logistics recycling models play a crucial role in achieving efficient resource circulation, demonstrating significant economic and environmental value. This study aims to explore innovative pathways for reverse logistics recycling models within the context of green supply chain management, with the ob jective of enhancing resource recovery efficiency and reducing environmental burdens. By employing an integrated research methodology that combines literature review, case analysis, and system dynamics modeling, this paper thoroughly examines the limitations of existing reverse logistics recycling models and proposes a dynamic optimization recycling model based on multi-party collaboration. The findings indicate that this innovative model effectively aligns the interests of various stakeholders, including manufacturers, consumers, third-party logistics service providers, and governments, through mechanisms of information sharing and incentive design, thereby significantly improving the recovery and reuse rates of waste products. Furthermore, simulation results from the model reveal superior comprehensive performance in both economic and environmental benefits compared to traditional single-channel recycling models. The primary contribution of this study lies in the development of a reverse logistics recycling fr amework applicable to complex supply chain networks, highlighting the critical role of digital technologies and policy instruments in facilitating green transitions. This provides practical guidance for relevant enterprises and government departments. This research not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of green supply chain management but also offers actionable solutions toward achieving sustainable development goals.
