摘 要
随着汽车工业的快速发展和用户对驾乘舒适性要求的提高,汽车空调系统作为关键部件之一,其维修技术和保养策略的重要性日益凸显。本文旨在深入分析汽车空调系统的常见故障类型及其成因,并探讨科学有效的维修与保养方法。研究通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方式,系统梳理了当前汽车空调系统的技术特点及维护难点,同时结合实际维修经验提出针对性解决方案。研究表明,通过对压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器等核心部件的精准诊断,以及合理运用新型检测设备和环保制冷剂,可显著提升维修效率并延长系统使用寿命。此外,本文创新性地提出了基于预防性保养的全生命周期管理理念,强调定期检查与及时维护的必要性,为降低故障率提供了理论支持与实践指导。研究成果不仅为专业维修人员提供了技术参考,也为车主日常保养提供了科学依据,对推动汽车空调系统维修行业的规范化发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the automotive industry and the increasing demand for ride comfort, the importance of repair technology and maintenance strategies for automotive air conditioning systems, as one of the key components, has become increasingly prominent. This paper aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of common fault types and their causes in automotive air conditioning systems while exploring scientific and effective repair and maintenance methods. By integrating literature reviews with case studies, the research systematically examines the technical characteristics and maintenance challenges of current automotive air conditioning systems and proposes targeted solutions based on practical repair experience. The findings indicate that precise diagnostics of core components such as compressors, condensers, and evaporators, along with the appropriate use of advanced testing equipment and environmentally friendly refrigerants, can significantly enhance repair efficiency and extend system lifespan. Furthermore, this paper innovatively introduces a full lifecycle management concept based on preventive maintenance, emphasizing the necessity of regular inspections and timely maintenance to reduce fault rates, thereby providing theoretical support and practical guidance. The research not only offers technical references for professional repair personnel but also provides scientific grounds for routine maintenance by vehicle owners, contributing significantly to the standardization and development of the automotive air conditioning system repair industry.
