摘    要

  本研究旨在探讨平衡计分卡在企业绩效评价中的应用及其效果。随着市场竞争的日益激烈,传统的以财务指标为主的绩效评价方法已无法满足企业全面发展的需求,因此,引入平衡计分卡这一综合性评价工具显得尤为重要。本研究通过文献综述与实证分析相结合的方法,系统梳理了平衡计分卡的理论框架,并深入探讨了其在企业实际运营中的应用情况。研究结果显示,平衡计分卡不仅能够有效整合企业的财务与非财务指标,还能够促进企业战略目标的实现与绩效管理的全面提升。具体而言,平衡计分卡通过构建包含财务、客户、内部业务流程、学习与成长四个维度的评价体系,帮助企业全面审视自身运营状况,发现存在的问题与不足,并为企业的战略决策提供有力支持。本研究的创新点在于将平衡计分卡的应用与企业实际运营紧密结合,通过实证分析验证了其在实际应用中的有效性与可行性。

Abstract 
  This study aims to explore the application of BSC in enterprise performance evaluation and its effectiveness. With the increasingly fierce market competition, the traditional performance evaluation method based on financial indicators can no longer meet the needs of the overall development of enterprises. Therefore, it is particularly important to introduce the balanced scorecard as a comprehensive evaluation tool. Through the combination of literature review and empirical analysis, this study systematically combs the theoretical fr amework of the balanced scorecard, and deeply discusses its application in the actual operation of enterprises. The research results show that the BSC can not only effectively integrate the financial and non-financial indicators of enterprises, but also promote the realization of enterprise strategic goals and the overall improvement of performance management. To be specific, by building an evaluation system containing four dimensions: finance, customer, internal business process, learning and growth, SC helps enterprises to comprehensively examine their own operation status, find existing problems and deficiencies, and provide strong support for their strategic decision-making. The innovation point of this study is to combine the application of balanced scorecard with the actual operation of the enterprise, and verify its effectiveness and feasibility in practical application through empirical analysis.
