摘 要:随着现代社会生活节奏的加快,女性大学生面临着学业、社交及未来职业规划等多重压力,其身心健康问题日益受到关注瑜伽作为一种身心结合的运动方式,已被广泛应用于缓解压力和改善健康状态本研究旨在探讨瑜伽练习对女性大学生身心健康的影响,通过为期12周的干预实验,选取某高校200名女性大学生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组实验组每周参加两次由专业教练指导的瑜伽课程,每次90分钟,对照组则保持原有生活方式研究采用问卷调查与生理指标检测相结合的方法,分别在实验前后评估参与者的心理状态(包括焦虑、抑郁水平及主观幸福感)和生理健康状况(如心率变异性、血压及睡眠质量)结果表明,实验组在焦虑和抑郁评分上显著降低,主观幸福感明显提升,同时心率变异性提高,血压趋于稳定,睡眠质量得到改善这说明瑜伽练习能够有效缓解女性大学生的心理压力,改善其生理健康水平本研究的创新点在于将瑜伽干预与生理心理综合评估相结合,为促进女性大学生身心健康提供了科学依据,同时为高校开展针对性健康促进活动提供了参考方案主要贡献在于明确了瑜伽练习的具体效果及其潜在机制,为相关领域的进一步研究奠定了基础

The Impact of Yoga Practice on the Physical and Mental Health of Female College Students

Abstract:With the accelerating pace of modern life, female college students are confronted with multiple pressures, including academics, social interactions, and future career planning, drawing increasing attention to their physical and mental health. Yoga, as an integrative mind-body exercise, has been widely adopted for stress relief and health improvement. This study aims to investigate the impact of yoga practice on the physical and mental well-being of female college students. A 12-week intervention experiment was conducted with 200 female college students from a university, randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group participated in two 90-minute yoga sessions per week guided by professional instructors, while the control group maintained their usual lifestyle. The study employed a combination of questionnaire surveys and physiological indicator assessments to evaluate participants' psychological states (including anxiety, depression levels, and subjective well-being) and physical health conditions (such as heart rate variability, blood pressure, and sleep quality) before and after the experiment. Results indicated that the experimental group showed significant reductions in anxiety and depression scores, along with marked improvements in subjective well-being. Additionally, heart rate variability increased, blood pressure stabilized, and sleep quality improved. These findings suggest that yoga practice effectively alleviates psychological stress and enhances the physical health of female college students. The innovation of this study lies in integrating yoga intervention with comprehensive psychophysiological assessment, providing scientific evidence for promoting the well-being of female college students and offering a reference for targeted health promotion activities in universities. The primary contribution is clarifying the specific effects of yoga practice and its potential mechanisms, laying a foundation for further research in related fields.
