摘 要:企业集团内部资金结算中心的建立是现代企业管理的重要创新,旨在优化资源配置、降低财务成本并提升资金使用效率。本研究基于当前企业集团面临的资金管理分散化与效率低下问题,以资金结算中心为切入点,深入探讨其运作机制及实践模式。通过文献分析、案例研究和实证调查相结合的方法,本文系统梳理了资金结算中心的功能定位、组织架构及运行流程,并提出了适应不同类型企业需求的优化策略。研究表明,资金结算中心能够显著提高企业集团的资金集中度和流动性管理水平,同时有效控制财务风险。本文的创新点在于构建了一个多层次的资金结算中心评价体系,并结合实际案例验证了其可行性和有效性。研究结果为企业集团完善内部资金管理体系提供了理论支持和实践指导,对推动企业财务管理现代化具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:The establishment of an internal fund settlement center within enterprise groups represents a significant innovation in modern enterprise management, aiming to optimize resource allocation, reduce financial costs, and enhance the efficiency of fund utilization. This study addresses the issues of fragmented fund management and low efficiency faced by contemporary enterprise groups, focusing on the operational mechanisms and practical models of fund settlement centers. By integrating literature analysis, case studies, and empirical investigations, this paper systematically examines the functional positioning, organizational structure, and operational processes of fund settlement centers, while proposing optimization strategies tailored to the needs of different types of enterprises. The findings indicate that fund settlement centers can substantially increase the concentration of funds and improve liquidity management within enterprise groups, while effectively controlling financial risks. A key contribution of this study is the development of a multi-level evaluation system for fund settlement centers, which is validated through real-world case examples to demonstrate its feasibility and effectiveness. The results provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprise groups seeking to refine their internal fund management systems, offering valuable insights for advancing the modernization of enterprise financial management.
