中文摘要:随着全球化进程的加速和多元文化的交融,传统文化教育在中小学阶段的重要性日益凸显,但其推行过程中面临诸多困境。本研究旨在探讨当前中小学传统文化教育实施中的主要问题,并提出针对性的突破路径。通过文献分析、问卷调查与案例研究相结合的方法,研究发现,当前中小学传统文化教育存在课程体系不完善、教学资源匮乏、师资力量不足以及评价机制单一等问题。这些问题不仅制约了传统文化教育的实际效果,也影响了学生对传统文化的兴趣与认同感。研究进一步提出,构建多层次的课程体系、开发多样化的教学资源、加强师资培训以及优化评价方式是解决上述问题的关键策略。此外,本研究创新性地引入数字化教学手段与跨学科融合理念,为传统文化教育提供了新的实践方向。研究结果表明,通过系统化设计与多方协作,可以有效提升传统文化教育的质量与影响力,从而更好地实现文化传承与创新的目标。这一研究成果为相关政策制定与教学实践提供了重要参考,具有较强的理论价值与现实意义。

Abstract:With the acceleration of globalization and the integration of multiculturalism, the importance of traditional culture education in primary and secondary schools has become increasingly prominent, yet its implementation faces numerous challenges. This study aims to explore the major issues in the current practice of traditional culture education in primary and secondary schools and propose targeted strategies for breakthrough. By employing a combination of literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, the research identifies several critical problems, including an incomplete curriculum system, insufficient teaching resources, inadequate teacher training, and a单一evaluation mechanism. These issues not only hinder the practical effectiveness of traditional culture education but also affect students' interest in and identification with traditional culture. The study further suggests that constructing a multi-level curriculum system, developing diversified teaching resources, enhancing teacher training, and optimizing evaluation methods are key strategies to address these challenges. Additionally, this research innovatively incorporates digital teaching approaches and interdisciplinary integration concepts, offering new practical directions for traditional culture education. The results indicate that through systematic design and collaborative efforts from multiple stakeholders, the quality and influence of traditional culture education can be significantly improved, thereby better achieving the goals of cultural inheritance and innovation. This research provides important references for relevant policy formulation and teaching practices, demonstrating substantial theoretical value and practical significance.
