水稻种植全程机械化技术与装备集成

摘  要

随着全球农业现代化进程的加快,水稻种植作为保障粮食安全的重要环节,其机械化水平亟待提升。本研究旨在通过集成水稻种植全程机械化技术与装备,解决传统生产方式中效率低、成本高及资源浪费等问题。研究采用理论分析与实验验证相结合的方法,系统探讨了育秧、插秧、田间管理、收获及产后处理等关键环节的技术优化路径,并开发了一系列适应性强、性能稳定的机械化装备。结果表明,集成技术的应用显著提高了水稻生产的作业效率和资源利用率,同时降低了劳动强度和生产成本。其中,智能化控制系统的引入是本研究的核心创新点,实现了对种植过程的精准调控。该研究为推动水稻产业向高效、绿色、智能方向发展提供了重要技术支持,对促进农业可持续发展具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT

With the accelerating globalization of agricultural modernization, rice cultivation, as a critical component for ensuring food security, urgently requires enhanced mechanization. This study aims to address the inefficiency, high costs, and resource wastage associated with traditional production methods by integrating full-process mechanized technologies and equipment for rice farming. Combining theoretical analysis with experimental validation, the study systematically investigates technical optimization pathways for key stages including seedling cultivation, transplantation, field management, harvesting, and post-harvest processing, while developing a series of robust and reliable mechanized tools with strong adaptability. The results demonstrate that the application of integrated technology significantly improves operational efficiency and resource utilization in rice production, while reducing labor intensity and production costs. Notably, the introduction of intelligent control systems represents the core innovation of this research, enabling precise regulation of the planting process. This study provides essential technological support for advancing the rice industry toward higher efficiency, greener practices, and smarter solutions, contributing substantially to the promotion of sustainable agricultural development.
