摘 要
村干部队伍建设是农村发展的重要保障,然而在实践中存在一些问题。本文通过对村干部队伍建设相关概念的阐述,分析了村干部队伍建设的重要性和目标。接着,对当前村干部队伍建设的现状进行了回顾和特点分析。在问题分析中,指出了村干部队伍素质不高、选拔机制不健全、工作压力大待遇低流动性大以及与村民关系紧张等问题的存在。最后,提出了加强村干部培训教育、完善选拔机制、改善工作环境和待遇以及加强沟通等对策来解决这些问题。通过本文的研究,可以更好地了解村干部队伍建设的现状和存在的问题,为进一步改进和完善村干部队伍建设提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract
The construction of village cadres is an important guarantee for rural development, but there are some problems in practice. This paper analyzes the importance and goal of the village cadre team construction through the elaboration of the related concepts. Then, the present situation of village cadre team construction is reviewed and its characteristics are analyzed. In the analysis of the problems, it is pointed out that the quality of the village cadres is not high, the selection mechanism is not perfect, the work pressure is large, the treatment is low and the relationship with the villagers is tense. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems, such as strengthening the training and education of village cadres, perfecting the selection mechanism, improving the working environment and treatment, and strengthening the communication. Through the research of this paper, we can better understand the current situation and existing problems of the village cadre team construction, and provide reference for further improving and perfecting the village cadre team construction.
