Abstract: This article aims to explore innovative models and strategies for primary school art education, and promote the comprehensive development of students. Firstly, this article introduces the concept and connotation of primary school art education, including the definition and characteristics of art education, the curriculum and ob jectives of primary school art education, and the relationship between primary school art education and students' comprehensive development. Secondly, this article proposes innovative models and strategies for primary school art education, including interdisciplinary integration and art education innovation, technology integration and art education innovation, as well as community cooperation and art education innovation. Finally, this article explores the professional development and training of teachers in primary school art education, including the construction and training of art education teacher teams, interdisciplinary teaching methods and methods in art education, as well as innovative practices and teaching case sharing in art education. Through these measures, we can improve the quality of primary school art education and promote the comprehensive development of students.
