财务共享服务模式下企业财务管理转型研究
摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展和企业全球化进程的加速，传统财务管理方式已难以满足现代企业对高效、精准财务管控的需求，财务共享服务模式应运而生并成为企业财务管理转型的重要方向。本研究以财务共享服务模式为切入点，探讨其对企业财务管理转型的影响机制及实现路径，旨在为企业构建适应数字化时代的新型财务管理体系提供理论支持与实践指导。研究采用文献分析、案例研究与实证分析相结合的方法，通过对多家实施财务共享服务的企业进行深入调研，总结了财务共享服务在流程标准化、数据集中化及决策智能化方面的关键作用，并揭示了其在提升财务效率、降低运营成本及增强风险管理能力等方面的显著成效。研究表明，财务共享服务不仅能够优化资源配置，还推动了财务职能从核算型向价值创造型转变。本研究的创新点在于系统性地提出了基于财务共享服务的企业财务管理转型框架，并结合具体案例验证了该框架的可行性和有效性，为相关理论研究和企业实践提供了重要参考。研究成果对于促进企业财务管理现代化、提升核心竞争力具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology and the accelerating globalization of enterprises, traditional financial management approaches are no longer sufficient to meet the modern enterprise's demand for efficient and precise financial control. In response, the financial shared services (FSS) model has emerged as a critical direction for the transformation of enterprise financial management. This study explores the impact mechanism and implementation pathways of FSS on financial management transformation, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for constructing a new financial management system adapted to the digital era. By employing a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and empirical research, this study conducts an in-depth investigation into multiple enterprises that have implemented FSS, summarizing its key roles in process standardization, data centralization, and decision-making intelligence. It also reveals its significant achievements in enhancing financial efficiency, reducing operational costs, and strengthening risk management capabilities. The findings indicate that FSS not only optimizes resource allocation but also facilitates the transition of financial functions from accounting-oriented to value-creation-oriented. A notable contribution of this research is the systematic proposal of a transformation fr amework for enterprise financial management based on FSS, which is validated through specific cases to demonstrate its feasibility and effectiveness. This provides valuable references for both theoretical research and corporate practice. The research outcomes hold important implications for advancing the modernization of enterprise financial management and enhancing core competitiveness.
