摘 要
新生儿黄疸是临床常见病症，蓝光治疗作为主要治疗方法，在降低血清胆红素水平方面效果显著。为探讨新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗的护理要点与效果评价，本研究选取某医院2018年1月至2021年1月收治的300例新生儿黄疸患儿为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各150例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施综合护理干预措施，包括环境准备、体位护理、眼部及皮肤保护、病情监测等。结果表明，观察组患儿血清胆红素水平下降幅度明显大于对照组，且黄疸消退时间更短，不良反应发生率更低，家属满意度更高。这说明综合护理干预能提高蓝光治疗效果，减少并发症，改善预后，提升家属满意度。该研究创新点在于系统阐述了蓝光治疗期间的护理要点，为临床护理提供了科学依据，有助于优化新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗护理流程，提高护理质量，保障患儿健康，对促进新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗护理工作的规范化、标准化发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
Neonatal jaundice is a common clinical condition, and phototherapy with blue light serves as the primary treatment method, demonstrating significant efficacy in reducing serum bilirubin levels. To investigate the nursing care points and evaluate the effectiveness of blue light therapy for neonatal jaundice, this study selected 300 neonates diagnosed with jaundice at a hospital between January 2018 and January 2021. These neonates were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each comprising 150 cases. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group underwent comprehensive nursing interventions based on routine care, including environmental preparation, positional care, eye and skin protection, and monitoring of the condition. The results indicated that the reduction in serum bilirubin levels was significantly greater in the observation group compared to the control group, with shorter jaundice resolution times, lower incidence of adverse reactions, and higher family satisfaction. This suggests that comprehensive nursing interventions can enhance the effectiveness of phototherapy, reduce complications, improve prognosis, and increase family satisfaction. The novelty of this study lies in its systematic elaboration of nursing care points during phototherapy, providing a scientific basis for clinical nursing and contributing to the optimization of the nursing process for neonatal jaundice phototherapy. This research is crucial for improving nursing quality, ensuring the health of neonates, and promoting the standardization and normalization of neonatal jaundice phototherapy nursing practices.
