区域公共事业管理模式的差异化研究 -公共事业管理专业

摘要

随着我国经济社会快速发展，各地区域间发展不平衡不充分问题日益凸显，这使得区域公共事业管理面临诸多挑战，也促使探索适应不同区域特点的管理模式成为必要。本研究旨在揭示区域公共事业管理模式差异化的内在规律，深入剖析其在管理体制、运行机制、服务供给等方面的异同。东部地区凭借经济优势更注重创新引领与高效服务；中部地区强调均衡发展与资源整合；西部地区则侧重于基础建设与民生保障。这一成果不仅丰富了公共管理理论体系，而且为其他地区提供了可借鉴的经验模式，创新点在于构建了涵盖多维度评价指标的差异化管理体系框架，有助于推动我国公共事业管理从粗放式向精细化转变，实现区域协调发展，提升公共服务质量与民众满意度。

A Study on the Differentiation of Regional Public Utility Management Models

Abstract

With the rapid development of China's economy and society, the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development between different regions has become increasingly prominent, which makes the regional public utilities management face many challenges, and also makes it necessary to explore the management model that ADAPTS to the characteristics of different regions. The purpose of this study is to reveal the internal law of the differentiation of regional public utility management mode, and to analyze the similarities and differences in management system, operation mechanism, service supply and so on. With its economic advantages, the eastern region pays more attention to innovation and efficient service. The central region emphasizes balanced development and resource integration; The western region focuses on infrastructure and people's livelihood. This achievement has not only enriched the theoretical system of public management, but also provided an empirical model for other regions to learn from. The innovation point is that it has built a differentiated management system fr amework covering multi-dimensional evaluation indicators, which helps to promote the transformation of public utility management in China from extensive to refined, achieve coordinated regional development, and improve the quality of public services and public satisfaction.
