摘 要
肿瘤是严重威胁人类健康的疾病，现代医学在抗肿瘤治疗方面取得诸多进展但仍面临耐药性、毒副作用等问题。中药复方作为传统中医药的精髓，在长期实践中积累了丰富的抗肿瘤经验，其多靶点、多途径作用机制为解决上述问题提供了新思路。本研究旨在探讨中药复方在抗肿瘤治疗中的协同效应，以期为临床应用提供理论依据。选取具有代表性的中药复方，通过细胞实验和动物模型实验相结合的方法，利用MTT法检测细胞活力，流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡情况，Western blot检测相关蛋白表达等手段，系统研究中药复方对多种肿瘤细胞株及荷瘤小鼠的作用效果。结果表明，所选中药复方可显著抑制肿瘤细胞增殖，诱导细胞凋亡，调节关键信号通路中蛋白的表达，并且在动物模型中可有效抑制肿瘤生长，减轻机体损伤。与单一药物相比，中药复方表现出更好的抗肿瘤效果，这主要归因于其成分之间相互作用产生的协同效应，这种协同效应不仅增强了药效，还降低了药物剂量，减少了不良反应的发生。本研究揭示了中药复方抗肿瘤的协同机制，为开发新型抗肿瘤药物提供了新的方向，也为进一步深入研究中药复方奠定了基础。

Abstract
Cancer poses a significant threat to human health, and while modern medicine has made substantial progress in anticancer therapies, challenges such as drug resistance and toxic side effects remain. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulas, embodying the essence of TCM, have accumulated extensive experience in cancer treatment through long-term practice. Their multi-target and multi-pathway mechanisms offer new approaches to addressing these challenges. This study aims to investigate the synergistic effects of TCM formulas in cancer therapy, providing theoretical support for clinical applications. Representative TCM formulas were selected, and their effects on various cancer cell lines and tumor-bearing mice were systematically studied using a combination of cellular and animal model experiments. Cell viability was assessed using the MTT assay, apoptosis was evaluated by flow cytometry, and protein ex pression was analyzed via Western blot. The results demonstrate that the selected TCM formulas significantly inhibit cancer cell proliferation, induce apoptosis, modulate the ex pression of key proteins in critical signaling pathways, and effectively suppress tumor growth and reduce systemic damage in animal models. Compared with single-agent drugs, TCM formulas exhibit superior antitumor efficacy, primarily due to the synergistic interactions among their components. This synergy not only enhances therapeutic effects but also reduces drug dosages and minimizes adverse reactions. This study elucidates the synergistic mechanisms of TCM formulas in anticancer therapy, offering new directions for the development of novel anticancer drugs and laying a foundation for further research into TCM formulas.
