摘 要
随着全球环境问题日益严峻,传统化工生产方式带来的环境污染和资源浪费问题亟待解决,绿色化学技术应运而生并逐渐成为化工领域研究与应用的热点。本研究旨在探讨绿色化学技术在化工生产中的应用,以实现化工生产的可持续发展为目的。通过文献调研、理论分析与案例研究相结合的方法,深入剖析绿色化学技术在原料选择、反应过程优化、废弃物处理等方面的应用情况。研究发现,在原料方面,采用可再生资源为原料可从源头上减少污染;反应过程中,利用新型催化剂能提高反应效率且降低能耗与污染物排放;废弃物处理环节,绿色化学技术促使废弃物转化为有用物质或无害化处理。本研究创新性地构建了涵盖多维度的绿色化学技术应用评价体系,为评估不同绿色化学技术方案提供了科学依据,主要贡献在于为化工企业实施绿色转型提供系统性的理论指导和技术支持,有助于推动整个化工行业向绿色、环保、高效的方向发展。

Abstract
As global environmental issues become increasingly severe, the pollution and resource wastage caused by traditional chemical production methods urgently need to be addressed, leading to the emergence and growing prominence of green chemistry technologies in research and application within the chemical industry. This study aims to explore the application of green chemistry technologies in chemical production with the ob jective of achieving sustainable development. By integrating literature review, theoretical analysis, and case studies, this research thoroughly examines the application of green chemistry technologies in raw material selection, reaction process optimization, and waste management. It is found that using renewable resources as raw materials can reduce pollution at its source; during reactions, novel catalysts can enhance efficiency while lowering energy consumption and pollutant emissions; in waste management, green chemistry technologies facilitate the conversion of waste into useful substances or ensure harmless disposal. Innovatively, this study constructs a multidimensional evaluation system for the application of green chemistry technologies, providing a scientific basis for assessing various green chemistry solutions. The primary contribution lies in offering systematic theoretical guidance and technical support for chemical enterprises to implement green transformations, thereby promoting the entire chemical industry's development towards greener, more environmentally friendly, and efficient practices..
