工程项目中的资金流管理与成本优化


摘 要


随着工程项目规模不断扩大、复杂程度日益提高,传统资金流管理模式和成本控制方法面临诸多挑战,如资金周转效率低下、成本超支等,亟需创新管理理念和技术手段。为此,本研究旨在构建适应现代工程项目的资金流管理体系与成本优化策略。基于系统动力学理论,结合案例分析法,选取多个具有代表性的工程项目为样本,深入剖析其资金流动态特征及成本构成要素,建立资金流预测模型和成本控制体系。研究发现,通过引入智能化资金调度机制,可显著提升资金使用效率;采用全生命周期成本管理理念,从项目规划阶段即进行成本预控,能有效避免后期成本失控现象。此外,构建的风险预警系统能够及时识别潜在的资金风险,保障项目资金链稳定。本研究创新性地将智能技术融入资金流管理,提出涵盖事前预测、事中监控、事后评估的全过程成本优化框架,为工程项目管理提供了新思路与实用工具,对提高我国工程项目管理水平具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous expansion of project scale and increasing complexity, the traditional capital flow management mode and cost control method are facing many challenges, such as low capital turnover efficiency, cost overspend, etc., and it is urgent to innovate management concepts and technical means. To this end, this study aims to construct a capital flow management system and cost optimization strategy adapted to modern engineering projects. Based on the theory of system dynamics and combined with the case analysis method, a number of representative engineering projects are selected as samples to deeply analyze the dynamic characteristics of the capital flow and the cost components, and establish the capital flow prediction model and cost control system. It is found that the introduction of intelligent capital scheduling mechanism can significantly improve the efficiency of capital use, and the cost precontrol from the project planning stage can effectively avoid the cost runaway phenomenon in the later stage. In addition, the constructed risk early warning system can identify the potential capital risks in time and ensure the stability of the project capital chain. This research innovatively integrates intelligent technology into capital flow management, and puts forward a whole-process cost optimization fr amework covering pre-prediction, in-process monitoring and post-evaluation, which provides new ideas and practical tools for engineering project management, and is of great significance to improve the level of engineering project management in China.
