员工职业发展规划在中小企业中的实践与应用

摘  要

随着我国经济结构转型,中小企业在国民经济发展中发挥着日益重要的作用,但其员工流失率高、人才储备不足等问题突出,影响企业可持续发展。为解决这些问题,本研究聚焦于中小企业员工职业发展规划的实践与应用,旨在探索适合中小企业的员工职业发展规划模式,以提高员工忠诚度和企业竞争力。通过问卷调查、访谈等方法收集数据,选取不同行业、规模的中小企业作为样本,分析其在员工职业发展规划方面存在的问题及成因。结果表明,中小企业普遍存在职业发展规划意识淡薄、制度不健全等问题,而有效的职业发展规划能够显著提升员工满意度和工作绩效。本研究创新性地提出基于员工个体差异的职业发展规划路径,强调个性化发展的重要性,并构建了适用于中小企业的职业发展规划框架,为企业提供可操作性强的实践指南,对促进中小企业健康发展具有重要意义。

Abstract

With the transformation of China's economic structure, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are playing an increasingly significant role in national economic development. However, these enterprises face prominent issues such as high employee turnover rates and insufficient talent reserves, which impact their sustainable development. To address these challenges, this study focuses on the practice and application of employee career development planning in SMEs, aiming to explore a suitable career development model that can enhance employee loyalty and corporate competitiveness. Data were collected through methods such as questionnaires and interviews, selecting SMEs from different industries and scales as samples to analyze existing problems and their causes in employee career development planning. The findings indicate that SMEs generally lack awareness of career development planning and have inadequate systems in place, while effective career development planning can significantly improve employee satisfaction and job performance. This research innovatively proposes a career development path based on individual employee differences, emphasizing the importance of personalized development, and constructs a career development fr amework tailored for SMEs, providing a practical guide with strong operability, which is of great significance for promoting the healthy development of SMEs.
