摘 要
随着企业规模扩大和业务复杂度提升,跨部门沟通障碍成为影响组织效率的重要因素。本研究旨在探讨员工在跨部门协作中面临的沟通障碍及其解决策略,通过问卷调查与案例分析相结合的方法,对来自不同行业的320名员工进行调研。研究发现,信息不对称、部门利益冲突、沟通渠道不畅是主要障碍因素,其中信息传递滞后和理解偏差尤为突出。创新性地提出建立多层级沟通机制、引入数字化沟通平台、强化部门间信任建设等解决方案。研究表明,优化后的沟通模式能显著提高工作效率,降低误解发生率。本研究不仅为理论界提供了实证依据,也为企业管理实践提供了可操作性强的改进建议,特别是针对中小企业普遍存在的沟通难题提出了切实可行的应对措施,具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract
As enterprises expand in scale and business complexity increases, interdepartmental communication barriers have become a significant factor affecting organizational efficiency. This study aims to investigate the communication obstacles faced by employees in cross-departmental collaboration and explore corresponding solutions. By employing a combination of questionnaire surveys and case analysis, this research surveyed 320 employees from various industries. The findings reveal that information asymmetry, conflicts of departmental interests, and inadequate communication channels are the primary impediments, with delayed information transmission and comprehension discrepancies being particularly prominent. Innovatively, this study proposes establishing multi-level communication mechanisms, introducing digital communication platforms, and strengthening trust-building between departments as potential solutions. The research demonstrates that optimized communication models can significantly enhance work efficiency and reduce the incidence of misunderstandings. This study not only provides empirical evidence for theoretical research but also offers practical and actionable recommendations for enterprise management practices, especially addressing the common communication challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises, thereby holding important practical significance.
