员工职场幸福感与工作效率的相关性研究

摘  要

随着现代社会竞争加剧,员工职场幸福感与工作效率的关系成为企业管理研究的重要议题。本研究旨在探讨二者之间的相关性,通过问卷调查法和访谈法收集来自不同行业共1200份有效样本数据,运用SPSS软件进行描述性统计、相关性分析及回归分析。研究发现,员工职场幸福感对工作效率有显著正向影响,其中工作环境、人际关系、职业发展机会等因素在提升幸福感方面作用明显。创新之处在于首次将心理资本引入作为中介变量,结果显示心理资本在二者关系中起到部分中介作用,丰富了该领域的理论框架。此外,本研究还揭示了不同性别、年龄、学历层次的员工在幸福感各维度上的差异特征,为企业制定个性化管理策略提供实证依据,有助于构建和谐劳动关系,提高企业整体绩效水平。

Abstract

As modern society becomes increasingly competitive, the relationship between employee workplace well-being and work efficiency has emerged as a significant topic in management research. This study aims to investigate the correlation between these two factors by collecting 1,200 valid samples from various industries through questionnaire surveys and interviews. The data were analyzed using SPSS software for desc riptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The findings indicate that employee workplace well-being has a significantly positive impact on work efficiency, with work environment, interpersonal relationships, and career development opportunities playing prominent roles in enhancing well-being. An innovative aspect of this study is the introduction of psychological capital as a mediating variable for the first time, revealing that psychological capital partially mediates the relationship between workplace well-being and work efficiency, thereby enriching the theoretical fr amework of this field. Furthermore, this research uncovers differences in the dimensions of well-being among employees of different genders, ages, and educational levels, providing empirical evidence for enterprises to develop personalized management strategies. This contributes to building harmonious labor relations and improving overall corporate performance.
