摘 要
随着全球化和市场竞争加剧,组织创新能力成为企业核心竞争力的关键。本研究旨在探讨员工多元化培训项目对组织创新能力的提升作用,通过系统性文献回顾与实证分析,构建了包含知识技能、文化认知、创新思维三个维度的多元化培训体系框架。采用问卷调查法和案例研究法相结合的方式,在不同行业选取具有代表性的12家企业进行深入调研,共收集有效样本846份。研究发现,多元化培训能够显著提高员工的知识广度与深度,促进跨部门协作,增强团队创造力,进而推动组织整体创新能力的提升。特别是文化认知培训模块对于激发员工创新意识具有独特作用。研究结果表明,系统化的多元化培训是提升组织创新能力的有效途径,为企业制定人力资源开发策略提供了理论依据和实践指导,为完善企业培训体系、优化资源配置提供了新思路。

Abstract
As globalization and market competition intensify, organizational innovation capability has become a critical component of corporate core competitiveness. This study investigates the role of employee diversity training programs in enhancing organizational innovation capabilities. Through systematic literature review and empirical analysis, a fr amework for diversity training is constructed, encompassing three dimensions: knowledge and skills, cultural awareness, and innovative thinking. By combining survey methodology with case study research, this study conducted an in-depth investigation into 12 representative enterprises across different industries, collecting a total of 846 valid samples. The findings indicate that diversity training significantly enhances employees' breadth and depth of knowledge, promotes interdepartmental collaboration, and strengthens team creativity, thereby driving overall improvements in organizational innovation capabilities. Particularly, the cultural awareness training module plays a unique role in stimulating employees' innovative consciousness. The results demonstrate that systematic diversity training is an effective approach to enhancing organizational innovation capabilities, providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for formulating human resource development strategies. It also offers new perspectives for improving corporate training systems and optimizing resource allocation.

Abstract
