风力发电并网对电力系统稳定性的影响分析


摘    要

  随着全球能源需求增长和环境保护意识的提升,风力发电作为清洁能源的重要组成部分,在电力系统中的占比日益增加。然而,风电并网对电力系统的稳定性带来了新的挑战。为此,本文旨在深入分析风力发电并网对电力系统稳定性的影响,通过建立含风电场的电力系统仿真模型,采用时域仿真法、特征值分析法等研究方法,探讨不同渗透率下风电并网对功角稳定、电压稳定以及频率稳定的影响。研究表明,在低渗透率情况下,风电并网对电力系统稳定性影响较小;但随着渗透率的提高,风电出力的随机性和间歇性会对电力系统的稳定性产生显著影响,如导致系统频率波动增大、局部电压失稳等问题。本文创新性地提出了基于改进型储能配置策略的解决方案,以平抑风电出力波动,改善电力系统稳定性。该研究成果为高比例风电接入背景下的电力系统规划与运行提供了理论依据和技术支持,有助于推动风电产业健康发展,实现能源转型目标。

Abstract 
  With the increasing global energy demand and enhanced environmental protection awareness, wind power generation, as a crucial component of clean energy, has been playing an increasingly significant role in power systems. However, the integration of wind power into the grid poses new challenges to the stability of power systems. This study aims to thoroughly analyze the impact of wind power integration on power system stability. By establishing a power system simulation model that includes wind farms and employing research methods such as time-domain simulation and eigenvalue analysis, this paper explores the effects of wind power integration at different penetration levels on angle stability, voltage stability, and frequency stability. The findings indicate that under low penetration scenarios, the impact of wind power integration on power system stability is relatively minor. However, as the penetration rate increases, the randomness and intermittency of wind power output significantly affect the stability of the power system, leading to issues such as increased frequency fluctuations and localized voltage instability. Innovatively, this paper proposes a solution based on an improved energy storage configuration strategy to mitigate wind power output fluctuations and enhance power system stability. This research provides theoretical foundations and technical support for power system planning and operation in the context of high-proportion wind power integration, promoting the healthy development of the wind power industry and achieving energy transition goals.
