Abstract

  With the continuous development of modern enterprise management concepts, employee performance evaluation systems, as a critical component of human resource management, play a pivotal role in enhancing corporate competitiveness. This study aims to construct a scientifically sound and reasonable employee performance evaluation system and assess its implementation effects, thereby providing an effective human resource management tool for enterprises. Based on theoretical research findings both domestically and internationally, and in conjunction with the actual conditions of Chinese enterprises, this research employs a combination of literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, selecting a large manufacturing enterprise as a sample. A multi-dimensional performance evaluation indicator system encompassing work performance, competency qualities, team collaboration, and other aspects was designed, incorporating advanced evaluation methods such as the 360-degree feedback method and the balanced scorecard. Statistical analysis revealed that the implementation of the new system significantly increased employee work enthusiasm and satisfaction, with employee recognition of performance evaluation results rising from 65% to 87%, inter-departmental collaboration efficiency improving by 21%, and overall operational costs decreasing by 15%. The study demonstrates that this performance evaluation system not only ob jectively and fairly reflects employee job performance but also promotes internal communication and collaboration within the enterprise, providing replicable practical experience for similar enterprises. Innovatively integrating multiple evaluation methods, it achieves a combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluations, ensuring comprehensiveness and accuracy in the evaluation results.
