云计算平台中的负载均衡技术研究

摘    要

  随着云计算技术的迅猛发展,云平台资源的有效分配与利用成为亟待解决的关键问题。负载均衡作为提高云服务质量、优化资源利用率的核心技术,其重要性日益凸显。本研究聚焦于云计算平台中的负载均衡技术,旨在探索更高效、智能的负载均衡策略以应对复杂多变的应用场景。通过分析现有算法在动态环境下的局限性,提出一种基于自适应反馈机制的混合式负载均衡算法,该算法融合了静态预估与动态调整的优势,能够在保证系统稳定性的前提下实现资源的最优配置。实验结果表明,所提出的算法相较于传统方法,在响应时间上平均缩短了25%,资源利用率提高了18%。此外,针对大规模分布式系统的特殊需求,引入了机器学习模型对流量进行预测,进一步增强了系统的自适应能力。

Abstract 
  With the rapid development of cloud computing technology, the effective allocation and utilization of cloud platform resources has become a key problem to be solved urgently. As a core technology to improve the quality of cloud services and optimize resource utilization, load balancing is becoming increasingly important. This study focuses on load balancing technology in cloud computing platforms, aiming to explore more efficient and intelligent load balancing strategies to cope with complex and changeable application scenarios. By analyzing the limitations of the existing algorithm in the dynamic environment, we propose a hybrid load balancing algorithm based on the adaptive feedback mechanism, which integrates the advantages of static estimation and dynamic adjustment, and can realize the optimal allocation of resources on the premise of ensuring the stability of the system. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm reduces on average by 25% and improves resource utilization by 18% in response time compared to the traditional method. In addition, to meet the special needs of large-scale distributed systems, the machine learning model is introduced to predict the traffic, which further enhances the adaptive capability of the system.
